<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped resin magnet whose surface magnetic flux density is large when pole-magnetizing and annularly mounting it. <P>SOLUTION: In a sheet-shaped resin magnet where anisotropic magnetic powder is connected by a binder, the orientating direction of the anisotropic magnetic powder is made parallel with the sheet surface. Also, the sheet-shaped resin magnet is magnetized by a magnetizing magnetic pole arranged with an interval which is thicker than the sheet in the orientating direction of the anisotropic magnetic powder on the sheet surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
