METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CAR INTERIOR FITTING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the press trace of a tear line forming protrusion from appearing on the surface (design surface) side in a method for producing a car interior fitting body in which a lid body part for ejecting an air bag is molded integrally by using a hard resin material by molding.

SOLUTION: The car interior fitting body in which the lid body part for ejecting the air bag is molded integrally by using the hard resin material is produced by molding. In the molding, a tear line shaping block having a discontinuous or continuous tear line forming protrusion corresponding to a tear line (a fragile part to be broken) for the lid body part is moved forward after the passage of a half-molding material packing time to form the tear line.
