A cover (1) which is movable between open and closed position, is mounted on a junction block. In the open position, a wire harness connector does not engage with a connector holder in the junction block. When in closed position the connector engages with the connector holder and also covers another set of holder and connectors, water-tightly. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) junction block; and (2) method for preventing water from entering into junction block.
