PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater concrete placing form having little influence of wave power and a water flow, easily and safely installable in a desired part, and largely reducing labor and a cost for manufacturing an underwater structure. SOLUTION: This underwater concrete placing form 1 is composed of a net-like form material 3 and a sheet material 4 arranged in a form body 2 formed of the form material 3 and preventing the leak of underwater concrete 5 from meshes of the form material 3. Or the underwater concrete placing form 1 is composed of the form body 2 having a net-like side surface and the sheet material 4 for preventing the leak of the underwater concrete 5 from the net-like side surface.
