PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timbering building-up device for efficiently and safely installing lower half timbering under upper half timbering. SOLUTION: This timbering building-up device 3 builds up the timbering along the wall surface of a tunnel, and has a sandwiching part 21 for sandwiching or releasing the timbering and arms 12 and 2 installed in a device body 11, holding the sandwiching part 21 and varying the angle and/or position of the sandwiching part 21 to the device body 11. The timbering building-up device 3 can be constituted by installing an attachment 2 having the sandwiching part 21, a rotary part 22 for rotating the sandwiching part 21 around itself and a movable part 23 for varying an angle relative to an arm 12 of the sandwiching part 21 on the arm 21 of a working vehicle 1.
