PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusible resin laminated sheet which is excellent in light diffusion transmittance and light fastness and of which transmitted light and reflected light are suppressed in looking yellowish. SOLUTION: The light diffusible resin laminated sheet is provided by laminating a resin layer (B) containing 0.01-3 pts.wt. of an ultraviolet absorbing agent selected from among 2-(1-aryl alkylidene)maronates and oxalate anilides to 100 pts.wt. of methyl methacrylate resin or styrene resin on at least one side surface of a resin layer (A) containing 0.1-10 pts.wt. of an optical diffusing agent of 1-20μm in weight average particle size and 0.0001-0.01 pts.wt. of a fluorescent body to 100 pts.wt. of methyl methacrylate resin or styrene resin.
