PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem when a worker works in a room after taking off outing shoes and goes outside to fetch materials and tools, the worker puts the shoes on again using a shoehorn or by stooping and pushing the heel of the shoe with one hand so as to neither tread on the heel of the shoe nor smash the heel. SOLUTION: The insole is divided into two, a lower sole 2 and a floating sole 1, which are connected to each other by a support plate 4 allowing to change the angle of the floating sole such as making the lower sole horizontal or inclined to the floating sole at the heel part of the shoe. When the support plate is laterally laid, it becomes an ordinary insole, and when a knob 6 attached to the heel of the floating sole is drawn, the support plate is erected and the tip of the floating sole enters into a stop groove 3 to incline the lower sole, so that the heel is raised just like a high-heeled shoes for the woman and a wearer can walk without treading the heels of the shoes. When the worker generally puts on the shoes, the support plate is laterally laid, the floating sole plate is stored in the bottom sole to make the upper surface flat, the wearer can walk with it as the ordinary insole.
