PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a tubular long member with another member without exposing a joint metal outside. SOLUTION: A tubular column member 10 with a hole part, which passes through in a vertical direction, and a floor member 11, which abuts on one end of the column member 10 and is horizontally elongated, are joined together in a joining part 1. A rod-shaped member 121, which protrudes toward the other end of the column member 10 from the floor member 11, is provided in a part where the floor member 11 abuts on the column member 10. The first joint metal 120 for joining the column member 10 with the floor member 11, which is equipped with a hole part 122 elongated in line with the member 121, is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the column member 10. The member 121 is inserted and fixed into the hole part 122 of the joint metal 120. The column member 10, which has an approximately square-shaped plane cross section, is formed of four long platy members 10a which are composed of laminated veneer lumber (LVL).
