<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part transfer carrier capable of preventing an electric trouble in an electronic part when the part is transferred and capable of increasing reliability in part transfer. <P>SOLUTION: In an electronic part tray 10 so constituted that a plurality of housing cavities X which house the electronic part 100 are formed in a lattice pattern by a peripheral wall to be a barrier plate and the part 100 is housed inside the housing cavities X, a loading step section 14 where the edge section 103 of a substrate in the part 100 formed in a space inside the housing cavities is loaded and a contact housing space 17 which is connected with the section 14 and houses a group of contacts formed on the substrate of the part 100 are provided, the periphery of the space 17 is surrounded by an inclined wall 15, and a gradient bigger than a draft at the time of injection molding is arranged to a vertical plane relative to the wall 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
