PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking and forming method by which an installation cost can be reduced and marking is carried out at the same time as heat forming. SOLUTION: The papermaking and forming method comprises a procedure for lifting an upper mold 52, 72 or 86 of each process after carrying out each of the processes, a procedure for horizontally moving a lower mold 12, 42, 62 or 82 of each of the processes with each intermediate product of the process, a procedure for allowing the upper mold 52, 72 or 86 to adsorb the intermediate product 19, 49 or 69 at the preceding process by lowering each of the upper molds of the process, a procedure for lifting each of the upper molds of the process again, a procedure for returning each of the lower molds 12, 42, 62 and 82 of the process to the original process, and a procedure for carrying out each of the processes by lowering each of the upper molds of the process with the absorbed intermediate product of the preceding process to convey the intermediate products of the pulp products to each of the processes one after another.
