PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant pant suit simplifying diaper change operations, preventing exposure of the belly of an infant, having good appearance, and also applicable to the growth of the infant. SOLUTION: The infant pant suit is such that the back body section 4 of a jacket is integrally joined to pants 5. In this suit, the crotch part 8 of the pants 5 is made of a longitudinally stretchable fabric, and a front crotch upper part 10 covering the infant's belly part is made of a laterally stretchable fabric.
