PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to manufacture an injection molded conductor support device made up of a first support substrate and a second support substrate. SOLUTION: The first support substrate 3 is basically made of a plastic material which can be metalized and the second support substrate 4 is basically made of a plastic material which cannot be metalized. However, the plastic material of the second support substrate 4 can be activated by laser beams. After the substrate is activated by laser beams to form a metalized pattern thereon, the pattern is connected to a part which is not covered by the first support substrate 3, then an electrical conductor device 5 is manufactured.
