PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet-laminated metallic sheet which is coated with a decorative sheet with excellent embossing characteristics and highly water-resistant. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet-laminated metallic sheet 16 has an adhesive layer 18, a first thermoplastic resin layer 12, a printing ink layer 13 and a second transparent thermoplastic resin layer 15 sequentially laminated on a metallic sheet 17. The first thermoplastic resin layer 12 is composed of either of a polyvinyl chloride, an olefin resin or a polyester resin. The second thermoplastic resin layer 15 is a polyester resin layer whose surface is embossed and shows the difference(ΔHm-ΔHc) of 5 to 60 J/g between the heat of fusion of crystalsΔHm when the sheet is heated up after lamination and the heat of crystallizationΔHc, generated by the crystallization during heating-up, and ä(ΔHm-ΔHc)/ΔHm} being 0.2 to 1.
