APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY INSPECTING AND SUPPLYING STEEL SLEEVES FOR ULTRA-THIN MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically inspecting and supplying steel sleeves for ultra-thin material is provided to extract defective sleeves and selectively supply sleeves of good quality by automatically measuring inner diameter deformation and roundness of sleeves inserted into an inner diameter part of the ultra-thin material. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically inspecting and supplying steel sleeves for ultra-thin material comprises a sleeve inspection part(50) installed at one side of a depressed groove part in such a manner that the sleeve inspection part(50) is moved side to side so that the sleeve inspection part(50) measures inner diameter of the sleeve(27) received in the depressed groove part and fixed to the depressed groove part, wherein the depressed groove part is formed on a lower surface of one side of an inclined piling base(29) on which the sleeves are moved downward; a sleeve extracting part(60) for extracting inspected defective sleeves(27) from the sleeve inspection part(50) to one side; a sleeve discharge part(70) for discharging inspected sleeves(27) of good quality from the sleeve inspection part(50) to the sleeve transfer part(80); and a sleeve transfer part(80) for transferring the sleeves(27) of good quality to skid(53) by gripping sleeves(27) of good quality discharged from the sleeve discharge part(70).
