ANTIREFLECTION FILM, OPTICAL DEVICE AND PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film excellent in antireflection characteristic and also scratch resistance as an antireflection film having an antireflection layer formed of low refractive index material on transparent base material film.

SOLUTION: In the antireflection film where the antireflection layer is formed on at least either surface of the transparent base material film directly or through another layer, the antireflection layer is formed of at least two kinds of low refractive index material satisfying the refractive index: nd20≤1.49. When it is assumed that the intensity of transmitted light in a perpendicular direction with respect to linear light made incident from the perpendicular direction is A and the intensity of transmitted light in a direction inclined by 5° from the perpendicular direction with respect to it is B, (A/B)=20 to 100 is satisfied.
