PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar lifting sling capable of surely lifting reinforcing bars by simple constitution and smoothing work because of being miniaturized and lightened. SOLUTION: A clamp 1 comprises a holding member 2 for holding reinforcing bars F, a pressing member 3 for pressing the reinforcing bars F against the holding members 2 rockably supported by the holding member 2, and a lifting member 4 to which a coupling 15 is locked and is rockably connected to the pressing member 3. The lifting member 4 is supported on the insertion section 7 of the holding member 2 so as to be movable upward and downward, and the pressing member 3 is constituted so as to press the reinforcing bars F caused by the movement of the lifting member 4 or release its the pressure. Through this constitution, when the lifting member 4 is lifted and moves upward, the pressing member 3 connected to the lifting member 4 rocks, as a result, the reinforcing bars F held by the holding member 2 is pressed by the pressing member 3.
