<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for permitting users to perform access to an information system. <P>SOLUTION: The method is the one for permitting the users of a plurality of classes to perform access to the information system in order to select and obtain a permission to access a specified musical composition from a musical library for the specified one of usages.
