PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular liner which shows shrink characteristics in a longitudinal and a diametral direction, the extreme easiness of a reversing/inserting operation into the tube after resin impregnation without the generation of creases, and a thermosetting resin tube which is impregnated with a resin and foldable. and a method for repairing/reinforcing a tubular inner layer using the described members.

SOLUTION: The tubular liner 1 is composed of a plurality of reinforced fibrous sheets 21 and 22 which are integrally stitched S at a specified interval in the circumferential direction of a fibrous sleeve laminate 2A and in the longitudinal axis direction of the laminate 2A.
