PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incoming information display system which can obtain information indicating that a called person has moved abroad, before a start of a communication with the called person. SOLUTION: A mobile station 103 as the called person moves to a second country, registers itself with a second country mobile communication exchange processing portion 116 as a visitor, and can use a mobile communication network 104 in the second country. If a telephone 117 of a first country calls to the mobile station 103, the move to the second country is recognized, since second country information is written in a first country home location register 115. Based on the second country information or the like, a user of the telephone 117 can select an unchanged call connection, a communication by switching to an e-mail, a usage of a translation service upon call connection, or the like.
