An outer skin(14) has a stable supporting part(16). An intermediate layer(18) between the skin and support forms an under skin and is made of a material with a lubricating effect. The outer skin(14) is produced either as a slush molding or thermoformed molding. Supporting parts(16) are either partly or totally made of foamed plastic material. An Independent claim is included for a process for manufacturing the lining panel in which an outer skin is produced first and a lubricating layer is formed under the outer layer either before mounting the support or by injection between outer skin and support.
