PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when performing works such as maintenance and inspection of an internal wall of a tunnel in which track is laid. SOLUTION: A work bench 1 is provided with a base part 3 loaded on a carrier 2 capable of running on the track by itself, a movable part 4 stored in the base part 3 so as to move upward, and scaffolds 5a, 5b stored in at least either of the base part 3 and the movable part 4 so as to develop to a side.
