<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater for a heat-shrinkable sleeve which shortens a time for cooling the sleeve. <P>SOLUTION: Heat conductors 21a and 21b are driven forward to or backward from the outer peripheral face of the heat-shrinkable sleeve 17 and advance sensors 31a and 31b detect whether or not the heat conductors 21a and 21b have arrived at a specified position which indicates the completion of shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable sleeve 17. The heat conductors 21a and 21b are controlled by a control part 37 so as to advance the heat conductors 21a and 21b upto the heat-shrinkable sleeve 17 and move back the heat conductors 21a and 21b when these have arrived at the specified position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
