The invention relates to a novel method for processing contaminated liquid effluents and a device for carrying out said method. The inventive device comprises a water supply (1), a working place (3) and dosimeters (2, 6, and 11) for an acid solution and a dosimeter (8) for an alkaline solution. Said liquid effluents are stored in a vessel (5) and tanks (7) and (10) prior to the evacuation thereof through a channel (9) towards a local wastewater system. Said invention also provides for a blow-off system and can be used for hospitals, veterinary, agri-food system, funerals, researches, animal breeding, slaughterhouse, rendering or milk production.
