<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface mounted luminaire capable of positively connecting a first circular fluorescent lamp and a second circular fluorescent lamp to predetermined output parts of a lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: The surface mounted luminaire is provided with the first circular fluorescent lamp, the second circular fluorescent lamp, sockets attached to the fluorescent lamps, electric wires with one-side ends connected to the sockets, the lighting device housed in a substantially rectangular case having the first output part for the first circular fluorescent lamp to which the other end of one of the electric wires is connected and the second output part for the second circular fluorescent lamp to which the other end of one of the other electric wires is connected, a holder supporting the circular fluorescent lamp, and a luminaire body having a through hole for passing through a power feed line in a center part. The first output part of the lighting device is provided to a through hole side nearer than the second output part, and the length of the electric wire connected to the first output part is provided at a length by which the socket is not attached to the second circular fluorescent lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
