PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction body for rock bolts, which is used for a slope-stabilizing method, improves the efficiency of a construction of laying the reaction body on a sloped surface and injecting the reaction body with a grout material, and enables the continuous vegetation of the normal surface. SOLUTION: The reaction body 1 comprises cylindrical bodies 2 arranged to cross each other with the inner space of each cylindrical body communicating with each other at respective cross points. Holes 2e for discharging a grout material are formed on the grounding surface of each cylindrical body 2, and lid members 3, 3a are provided to close the openings of the cylindrical bodies 2 that are formed on their longitudinal ends, respectively.
