PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying head with which the generation of scratches on a wire caused by the local wear of a laying pipe part is prevented and also the limit of threading speed is unnecessitated. SOLUTION: In a laying head which is constituted by attaching a laying pipe to a rotary body supported freely rotatably on a pedestal, the bend section of the laying pipe is formed by continuously arranging a plurality of short pipes 30. Each of the short pipe 30 itself is constituted of a liner 32 having a guide hole 31 for the wire and an outer jacket 35 which supports this liner 32 freely rotatably around the center axis 33 of the liner through bearings 34.
