<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adsorption element whose performance is improved by solving the problem that various base materials for the adsorption element are used for improving the performance and such a high-level manufacturing method is required that the base materials are handled delicately when processed, coping with brittleness of the base materials owing to the intrusion of various auxiliary components and preventing the deformation of a laminated body of the adsorption elements, and to provide a method of manufacturing the adsorption element. <P>SOLUTION: A belt-like continuous molding 5 corrugated on one side is formed by sticking a planar sheet 2 to a corrugated sheet 4. Application parts 9 where an adhesive is applied are arranged on the flat surface 2a or the corrugated surface 4a of the molding 5 in the longitudinal direction at the prescribed intervals. The almost circular laminated body 6 is formed by winding the molding 5 while applying the adhesive to the parts 9. The meander of the molding 5 is corrected by a guide plate at the non-stuck portion between the sheets where frictional force is kept low to obtain the adsorption element whose performance is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
