PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle location notification device with which a traffic situation of a vehicle such as a cause that the vehicle in the middle of traveling is delayed and a congested situation of a road can minutely and easily be confirmed in other places such as a communication terminal of a user side, a bus stop and in a bus company. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a transmission/reception means 957 receiving a picture obtained by image-picking up a periphery of a vehicle 2A such as a local bus and vehicle location information where the vehicle 2A exists, a recording means 986 recording map information which can graphic-display the roads or buildings disposed on the ground and the location where the vehicle 2A exists can be specified on a map, an information processing means 980 reading map information recorded in the recording means 986, specifying the location of the vehicle 2A on the map based on received vehicle location information, adding a vehicle location identifier picture in the location of the vehicle 2A and generating latest map information and a transmission/reception means 965 transmitting generated latest map information and the picture obtained by image-picking up the periphery of the vehicle 2A to other communication equipment.
