PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide brushless motor where a stator for a resolver is fixed easily without having adverse effect on the detection accuracy of the resolver, and besides a stator for driving is fixed easily. SOLUTION: A coil spring 7 is interposed between the stator 4 for drive and the stator 9 for a resolver, and stators 4 and 9 are fixed, being pressed axially against position regulating projections 2d and 20c provided at a motor case 2 and a cover member 20, respectively.
