PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable inkjet recording head whereby the number or density of electrode wiring patterns of a flexible circuit board for supplying signals to the recording head can be increased in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electrode wiring patterns are formed on a support board for supporting a recording element substrate forming the recording head. The above electrode wiring patterns and electrode wiring patterns of the flexible board are connected with each other so that the electrode wiring patterns at both sides of the recording element substrate for supplying the identical kind of signals are connected with each other. As a result, a region for the electrode wiring patterns at one side on the flexible board can be obviated, and then the number of wiring patterns or the wiring density of the flexible board can be increased.
