PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occupant from receiving uncomfortable feeling caused by worsening of drivability and shock in a vehicle in which a plurality of loads including a refrigerant compressor 5 are driven by common driving sources 1, 2. SOLUTION: Worsening amount of drivability and shock amount that the occupant receives are calculated based on output or inertia moment of the driving sources 1, 2, consumption power of load exceping the compressor 5, and change scheduled power of consumption power of the compressor 5. It is discriminated whether the calculated worsening amount and shock amount are within an allowance scope or not. If it is discriminated that at least either of the worsening amount and the shock amount exceeds the allowance scope, control of the compressor 5 for changing the consumption power of the compressor 5 is inhibited.
