The present invention also relates to systems and methods for monitoring direct marketing electronic messages to ensure that the electronic messages conform to predetermined criteria. The present invention also relates to systems and methods for determining whether a particular direct marketing technique is effective or ineffective and responding appropriately to such determinations.</p>
