PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stage type parking device using the driving force of a parking automobile without using a power source, restricted in the running cost of the device itself, to be designed without a danger of bending, improved in safety, and provided with simplicity and convenience to facilitate operation. SOLUTION: This two-stage parking device is mainly formed of a lifter to be loaded with a parking automobile, a driving roller means provided in the lifter to support driving wheels of the parking automobile and to be revolved with revolution of the driving wheels, a reduction gear means provided with a built-in self-lock mechanism for decelerating revolution of the driving roller means for transmission, a predetermined-height guide post vertically stood for fixation at a position adjacent to the lifter, a means provided in the guide post and to be engaged with a rack or a roller chain, and an engaging means such as a pinion or a sprocket to be engaged with the described means to be engaged to transmit an output of the reduction gear means to the means to be engaged.
