PURPOSE: Provided are a halitosis- medicine composition using a medicinal herb, particularly Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance, and a production method thereof. The halitosis-medicine composition has no adverse side effect on the human body in spite of long-term administration. CONSTITUTION: A halitosis-medicine composition is characterized by containing 3-80 wt.% of a Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance extract which is obtained by the steps of: boiling Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance in water at 100-120 deg.C to give its decoction; removing the Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance from the decoction; and boiling it to evaporate water almost.
