PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a touch panel and a film printing device for the same are provided to secure lightness and shock-resistance, and to simplify a manufacturing process by improving the method for manufacturing an upper and a lower substrate, and to automate a process for printing a film used for the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: An upper film is prepared as the upper substrate(11). The first transparent conductive film is formed one side of the upper film. An upper electrode(14) is formed on the first transparent conductive film by printing silver paste along an edge of the upper film. An adhesive tape is attached on the edge of the upper film. A lower film is prepared as the lower substrate(15). The second transparent conductive film is formed on the one side of the lower film. A dot spacer(23) is formed on the second transparent conductive film. A lower electrode(18) is formed on the second transparent conductive film by printing the silver paste on the edge of the upper film. A polymer part is attached on the other side of the lower film. A flexible printed cable(25) is attached between both substrates, and both substrate are compressed and adhered by the anisotropic adhesive.
