PURPOSE: A portable oxygen can with an improved structure is provided to supply oxygen filled inside a container to a user at a convenient manner, and to freely adjust the amount of oxygen being discharged and the emission pressure thereof. CONSTITUTION: The portable oxygen can includes a container(2) having a sealed space for keeping decompressed oxygen inside; a decompressor(4) connected to the container(2) and decompressing high-pressure oxygen to a designated pressure; and an adjuster(6) for adjusting the amount of compressed oxygen to be fed to the decompressor(4) and the amount of decompressed oxygen having passed through the decompressor(4). The container(2) is made of aluminum alloy, and an airtight plate(10) for covering the decompressor(4) and an oxygen storage(8) is installed at the top of the container(2).
