PURPOSE: Provided is a mixed surfactant system which increases the cleaning power of anionic surfactant and stability in hard water, and lowers the surface tension and critical micelle concentration (cmc), can control the initial bubble level and bubble maintaining ability according to the mixing ratio of non-ionic surfactant and cationic surfactant, by means of comprising a certain compound having a structure containing at least one non-ionic or cationic group in the anionic surfactant system. CONSTITUTION: The mixed surfactant system comprises: (a) an anionic surfactant; and (b) a compound represented by formula 1, wherein each of R1, R2, R3, and R4 is independently or simultaneously C1-20 of saturated or unsaturated chain, benzyl, hydroxy ethyl, or hydroxy ethyl added with 1-20 of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide; R5 is C1-20 of alkyl, alkyl added with 1-20 of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, alkyl having one or more hydroxy groups, alkyl containing at least one double bond, or alkyl containing at least one ether group; each of A1 and A2 is independently or together, C1-20 of saturated or unsaturated chain, benzyl, hydroxy ethyl, hydroxy ethyl added with 1-20 of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, or oxygen anion (O-); n is an integer of 0 to 20; and X is halogen atom, sulfate, methyl sulfate or acetate.
