PURPOSE: An antenna installation structure of a portable terminal is provided to rotate an antenna by pulling a wire when a folder is open, in order to pull back the antenna, and to restore the antenna by a restoring force of a compression spring when the folder is shut, thereby preventing the antenna from being influenced by internal parts. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(103) is rotatively installed on an upper section of a body(101). A side of the antenna(103) is connected with a folder(102) by a wire. A compression spring is installed between an inner side of the antenna(103) and an inner side of an upper cover. When the folder(102) is open, the wire is pulled to rotate the antenna(103), so that the antenna(103) is pulled back to maintain certain angles with the folder(102). When the folder(102) is shut, the antenna(103) is restored to an original state by a restoring force of the compression spring.
