A natural device for treating wounds with reversible change of state (form gel form to solution form and vice versa) comprises polysaccharide macromolecules (10, 20, 30) and aliphatic chains (11-15, 21-24, 31-33) bound to a single polysaccharide macromolecule. A natural device for treating wounds with reversible change of state (form gel state to solution state) comprises polysaccharide macromolecules (10, 20, 30) and aliphatic chains (11-15, 21-24, 31-33) bonded on a single polysaccharide macromolecule. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of the natural device.
