PURPOSE: A power amplifying device for use in a wireless communication system is provided to set a feedback signal having a size more accurate than that of a conventional passive device. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifying device for use in a wireless communication system includes an input matching unit(21), a signal amplifier(22), an output matching unit(23), a gain control unit(26), a power unit(25) and a bias unit(24). The input matching unit(21) matches the impedance of the signal inputted from outside. The signal amplifier(22) amplifies the external signal inputted through the input matching unit(21). The output matching unit(23) matches the output impedance of the signal amplified at the signal amplifier(22). The gain control unit(26) feedbacks a part of the amplified signal to the signal amplifier(22) by using the active device so as to prevent the gain from being changed at the signal amplifier(22). The power unit(25) supplies the operational power of the signal amplifier(22) and the gain control unit(26). And, the bias unit(24) supplies the bias current to the signal amplifier(22) and the gain control unit(26).
