PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the combination pattern of a first signal apparatus and a second signal apparatus, prevent erroneous cleaning, and realize a compatible automatic/manual starting method of false-flushing sound. SOLUTION: A toilet bowl flushing device is provided with a control circuit driving a valve driving means based on a human body detector detecting a user of the device and electric signals of the flushing operation by the user and a valve discharging water by the operation based on the valve driving means, and further, provided with a first signal unit provided with a control circuit which can cope with either contact flushing type or noncontact flushing type of a second signal unit transmitting electric signals for flushing operation to the first signal unit by which the flushing type of the second signal unit can be switched over by the supplier of the implement and the maintenance operator.
