PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which is excellent in curability by irradiation with actinic radiations, gives a cured film excellent in tackiness, such as tack and holding power, and is excellent in shelf stability, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains a polythiol compound (A) and a polyene compound (B). It preferably contains an inorganic or organic phosphorus compound (C) and/or an N-nitroso compound (D) in addition. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a cured material of the composition, formed on a base material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
