PURPOSE: A vacuum bottle and manufacturing method thereof is provided to improve productivity, and to lengthen the life span of the vacuum bottle by preventing the deterioration of vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vacuum bottle comprises the steps of: coupling an outer vessel(20) to the circumference of an inner vessel(10), and forming a chamber(15) between the inner and outer vessels; forming an air discharge hole(22) having a coupling boss(25) at the outer vessel; coupling a ceramic sealing member(36) to the coupling boss; discharging air in the chamber through the air discharge hole; injecting the inner and outer vessels into a heating furnace; completely burning air and impurities in the chamber, and forming a vacuum in the chamber; and melting the sealing member and sealing the air discharge hole up.
