<p>A financial account utilization system including a financial account information medium includes a financial institution system (100), a customer system (140), and a safety-use financial account card (300). The financial account utilization system may further include a normal-use financial account card (400). The safety-use financial account card (300) has a portable first main body (310) and a first card information magnetic storage unit (320) built in the first main body (310). The first card information magnetic storage unit (320) stores an account number only by using magnetic means. The account number is transmitted from the financial institution system (100) to the customer system (140) by e-mail. The normal-use financial account card (400) has a second main body (410) having a surface on which card type characters, account number characters, institution name characters, and customer name characters are described.
