PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an excellent plating in a pulley. SOLUTION: This pulley comprises an outer tube part 3, an inner tube part 5, and a flange part 6. A bottomed cylindrical part in which a ball bearing 11 is fitted is formed with these tube parts and the flange part.
