PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water extracting plug for separately discharging hot water and water by one time operation, having a simple structure, reducing costs, and minimizing stagnant water. SOLUTION: A hot water receiving port 32 connected to a hot water supply pipe 6 is positioned in an aboveground part of a pipe 28 extended from the upper end of a valve casing 13 having an inflow port 14, an outflow port 15 and a drain port 16. At water feeding time, hot water from the hot water receiving port 32 is cut off by a hot water receiving rod 41 connected via a rod 42 to a piston 26 housed in the valve casing 13. The piston 26 moves, and cuts off a part between the inflow port 14 and the outflow port 15. When water in a water supply pipe 3 is discharged from the drain port 16 by opening a pipe of the outflow port 15 and the drain port 16, the hot water receiving rod 41 also moves, and opens the hot water receiving port 32, and unmixedly discharges the hot waster in the hot water supply pipe 6 to the outflow port 15 side.
