PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for tilting a cargo bed by a small force and discharging cargoes in a manual dumping device to manually tilt the cargo bed and discharge the cargoes in a compact carrier for carrying earth or gravel of a relatively small amount. SOLUTION: Ends on one side of supporting plates 7 and 7 of a predetermined dimension are fitted to a body shaft 6 pivotably supported by a part of a vehicle body, and the other ends of the supporting plates 7 and 7 are pivotably supported by a part of a cargo bed 3. Separately, one end of an operation lever 13 is pivotably supported by a part of the cargo bed 3, the operation lever 13 and the body shaft 6 are connected to each other by a connecting means such as a connection bar, and the body shaft 6 is pulled by turning the operation lever 13 so that the supporting position of the cargo bed 3 by the supporting plates 7 and 7 the relative position to the body shaft 6 in the unloading direction and in the vertical direction are movable. The cargo bed is tilted by lifting a counter unloading side part of the cargo bed 3 while the pivotably supported position of the cargo bed 3 is moved in the upper unloading direction.
