Disclosed is an aluminum ship body manufacturing method. The aluminum ship body manufacturing method comprises: a step (S 110) for loading an aluminum board by an aluminum board loading part; a step (S 120) for detecting a loading location of the aluminum board by a loading location sensor; a step (S 130) for descending an upper mold by descending a hydraulic cylinder after the aluminum board is loaded in a predetermined position; a step (S 140) for forming an aluminum ship body since the upper mold pressurizes the aluminum board; a step (S 150) for ascending the upper mold by driving the hydraulic cylinder; and a step (S 160) for unloading the aluminum board by the aluminum board loading part. The aluminum ship body manufacturing method is provided to be very environment-friendly since not polluting the environment, to minimize a cutting, a processing, and a welding work processes, and to remove a bending process of an aluminum board of a ship body structural material and a longitudinal member which is attached to the the aluminum board in a longitudinal direction when a ship body of a small ship having 5 to 30 m of the length is manufactured. |
