PURPOSE:To aim at a reduction in the number of assembling processes for a valve gear, by disposing a couple of fixed magnets around a rotating magnet, while positioning a valve member by these fixed magnets in time of a coil being noncontinuous rating. CONSTITUTION:In time of solenoid coils 21 and 22 being noncontinuous rating, a couple of fixed magnets 24 and 25 are thrust in their axial directions whereby a seal part 18a of a valve member 18 is held up. Next, when the first solenoid coil 21 alone is impressed with current, the valve member 18 rorates round clockwise according to the input current value. Therefore, a balancing spring becomes useless and the number of assembling processes for a valve gear is thus reduced. |
