PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out driving of a machine while an assistant rides in a riding apparatus even if a driver does not ride on a driving part and efficiently carry out one-man operation by the assistant. SOLUTION: In a vegetable harvester equipped with a driving part 14 and providing the riding apparatus 30 in the rear of the machine, a speed change operation lever 116 for changing advancing speed of a machine 2 and a second side clutch operation member 58 or the like for changing an advancing direction of the machine 2 are provided in not only driving part 14, but also in the rear of the machine 2 within the range in which hand of operators rid in the riding apparatus 30 reaches.
